Thank you to Kevin to even when it was busy and I was confused had patience with me and helped me understand what I needed to buy. Always smiling, great guy! :) easy in and out shop, never not had what I’ve needed.

I came today 21/10/22 at 12 on the afternoon and was served by Paul.
Paul was so friendly and helpful, he helped me picked the right products and also helped me with reserving a popular product at bow.

Yes the ques are long but honestly customer services like Paul is well worth it.

My only issue is with the stock itself. The store doesn't hold a lot of popular products.....ever! It's a shame since the store is located in a popular area. Also there's car parked in the front. Not sure if this is for staff which I understand, but it would be good for customers, at least a few car spaces since most people who go here are builders.

Great experience at the shop today… Netty was really friendly and helpful - had to change a couple of things around with my order. She found me what I needed and I was on my way.
