Great place to visit and for shopping if you like to go outdoors and camping. Wide range of products for campers, hikers, bikers. All of them good quality! Cheaper - if not much cheaper - than other retailers. Great brands are on sale currently on Black Friday deals (winter coats, tents, bicycles... Etc etc).
Kids and family friendly. Easy to spend there an hour or two, and kids can enjoy the tents setted up.

Great place for people with disabilities, wheelchair users. Full access on both floor for everyone, lift gives access to the 1st floor. Customers toilets are in place also..

Only one thing I'm missing from here, maybe a little stall for simple food, bbq food and soft drinks.

Sophie was an absolute delight to be around whilst shopping at this store on Sunday 21st July!

She assisted myself and my boyfriend for a full bike and assisted myself the boots coats galore!

A massive store that is clean and spacious. The staff are lovely and the parking is directly outside. Disabled friendly access with a lift for disabled bodies inside which takes you up to the upper level, the camping equipment floor.

Fully recommended great customer service at the till and on the shop floor. Service with a smile goes a long way.

I returned some items that were ordered online and I ended up returning some items, there was a mix up with what I'd returned. So I ended up only getting a fraction of what I paid.

Rang the store and spoke to a young man Morgan, he handled it like a boss, well mannered , well informed and true to his word. Within half an hour of making my original call Morgan had rang me back to say "the issue had been sorted" and "customer service had been notified".

An absolute must go shop for all outdoors enthusiasts. Huge stock, great offers, and good quality stuff. This is the shop where once you walk in, it makes you wanting everything. Fitting rooms and toilets for customers available, reasonable sized car park, very friendly and helpful staff, I keep coming back to this shop. You spend fortune to live like a homeless, but it’s a fantastic hobby. lol :)

Staff were very patient and extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend this store. Excellent value and by getting the membership card, for the sake of a fiver, we'll worth it.

Great prices for great outdoor clothing, shoes, boots etc. Range of camping goods. Horse riding and fishing materials too. Well worth a visit. Join their membership and get further reductions on the prices.

After a bad camp earlier this week(tent was letting in water & snapped pole), I headed off to my local bootle outdoors to rectify the problems... the big guy upstairs in the tent department got me the parts I needed(one spare pole piece and shock cord repair kit,around £8 for the two). But probably the best bit is the invaluable advice I got on how the water proofing of a tent works from when it's made to the last time you have used it. Amazing service, thank you....

Wonderful experience. Expecially cycling Tech staff called John. Brilliant customer service. He know what he doing. He have excellent knowledge of cycling. Great service and reasonable price. John was excellent and he deserves recognition from his employer.

Not been since before pandemic, wow, it's got great sales on various items, and seemingly better quality and more importantly more top brand fishing equipment. Going back soon, well impressed 👍
