I absolutely love visiting the Costa in Grove!
The staff here are extremely hard working and always greet you with a smile 😃.
It's impressive how they remember your drink order, adding a personal touch to every visit. Despite the long queues, which just show how popular this place is, they serve at lightning speed, ensuring you're never waiting too long.

My favorite drinks here are the Mango Bubble, Salted Caramel Latte, Flat White, and the seasonal Hazelnut/Gingerbread Latte. Highly recommend this Costa for a delightful coffee experience!

The best Costa in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. We always order a coffee frappe and so many other branches mess it up like Didcot forgetting the coffee! But at Grove it it perfect every time. Always great to visit here.

Love this Costs, the best thing is the service and friendly staff, they always make us feel welcome. The coffee is good and consistent. I believe Costa have changed their food supplier and the sandwiches are not so good calories and price up, quality down. Most the time we opt for toast, which is a safe option or if feeling reckless then it's cake. Mainly there for coffee and atmosphere.

Great food and excellent service. There is plenty of seating space, staff was very friendly and there was lots of selection. There is good parking space infront of the cafe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for chilling with some great coffee and sandwiches. The best Costa around by far. It has a lovely calm feel to it, it's always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The coffee shop is tidy and welcoming, as you would expect from the Costa chain.
The thing that I found that differentiates it from other Costa shops I've been to, is the staff. Very friendly and polite which almost makes the shop feel like a nice village coffee shop. Really enjoyed it.

Always space to sit and clean. Staff have always been very efficient, kind and seem happy to be working there which is always lovely to see. Been there quite a few times now and will continue to return.

A really nice Costa Coffee probably the best we’ve ever been to. What sets it apart from the others is the staff. Super friendly , cheerful and helpful. The coffee shop is always clean and tidy no matter how busy they are.

Took my daughter in for some mummy daughter time. she was always ranting how good it was since opening. so we popped in. we sat in with a vanilla latte for myself which they were only happy to put a extra bit of vanilla for me.the man that was working was very good with my daughter encouraging her to make her own order. (she is 12 and on the septum.) she stuggles with communication with people she doesn't know. but he was completely understanding and patient. helped her out when she forgot to use her points pointer out everything before it was all put though. he was totally fantastic. if you looking for a manager that will be good for the place I highly recommend him. just unfortunately I dont have his name. his English wasn't perfect but is attitude and customer service was perfect to say the least. please pass on my thanks and appreciation to him if you can work out with one it is that is. brilliant man

Lovely staff clean Great service and Facilities well spread out. Comfortable seats great atmosphere. Would highly recommend it .

Took my granddaughters into Costa Grove today. Very welcoming. Included my granddaughters with the ordering. Both ladies working very friendly. Would highly recommended.
