I ordered some stuff off her online store it arrived super quick, there was a slight mix up with my order but Sara got onto it straight away and resent the correct item, great customer service and a beautiful product. Thank you so much!

I didn't catch the name of the lovely lady working Sunday 30th but thank you for being so helpful and welcoming.
Also for letting my very nervous dog in the shop despite her nervous farts.
Loving my new walking boots, absolute god send and was so nice to go walking the next day without squelching. Highly recommended Scarpa walking boots for comfort, ankle support, durability and light weight.

My partner and I popped into The Flow in January to browse as we were in Hay - she spotted something and really liked it, but I wasn't sneaky enough to purchase without her seeing.

Both Sara and Lauren, via email and Instagram (Lauren messaging whilst on holiday!), could not have been more wonderful, helpful and accommodating in getting me sorted with my secret purchase. It arrived safely today, very securely packaged.

Thank you both so much - we can't wait to visit again in person... I'm after some Italian soap and some brightly coloured candles! Can't recommend you enough - wonderful items and even better service! X

Flow is a brilliant shop for clothes, gifts, homeware, shoes and loads more, with an outdoor theme. It's such an asset to the centre of Hay and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's my 'go to' shop for great stylish gifts and cards, and also for the lovely clothing brands upstairs. Thanks for being consistently fab, Flow! 😊

Excellent shop for homeware, clothing and gifts/treats. One of the most longstanding Castle Street shops in Hay on Wye run by a brilliant local family. Always go over and above to make all purchases, no matter how much you are spending, feel special x

We bought a couple of lovely simple vases on a visit last year. Clumsy here broke one and Lauren was very helpful in sourcing a replacement.

Flow is a great compliment to the stylish bookshops in Hay on Wye. With a first floor full of stylish men's and women's wear, the ground floor is filled with designer items, mugs and souvenirs.

This is a shop where you can get lost for hours, in between the book shopping and coffee drinking.

Best place to go if you need a present and they always have a great sale on too!

Don’t go if you are looking for woman’s clothes over a size 14. Shop policy is to stick to 8-14 only.! Assistant said bigger clothes don’t sell!
Does sell men’s up to XL and nice selection of other stuff.

If you enjoy being followed around and watched and asked every 2 mins can i help you like they think your going to steal something, then by all means feel free to go to flow, yes they sell some lovely clothing but being treated like im some kind of theif mean you dont get a star rating or my custom!!!!!!
