Went to get some postcrete and a you may be aware it is only small bags but very heavy. Due to mobility problems it would have been a difficult task for me. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they go and get it for me but also put it in the car for me which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness FRANK and IVAN.

Just bought some paint from B&Q and the staff were really helpful. It's a nice clean store and good location. Also very helpful child car parking spaces for me to get the pram out easily. Also there is baby changing facilities here so an extra star from me! 6 stars!!

Also has Peat Free Trees!! Great!!

Excellent customer services from the ladies on the kitchen department. They were very knowledgeable about their products, helpful regarding any design queries I had and very patient and generous with their time when answering all my questions. They made a daunting task easy. Thank you, if you are thinking of having a new kitchen they are definitely worth consulting.

Good selection of wide variety of products

I must say I was very impressed with B & Q today, well the staff anyway. Although I didn't purchase anything, because they didn't have my item in stock, I was helped by a very efficient member of staff. She led me to the correct area where my item should be and then searched in the warehouse trying to help me out.
Excellent customer care by a very nice lady who is a credit to the team.

I really miss HomeBase but like they say it is what it is. At B&Q Spalding you'll definitely find kind and polite staff as well as things you may need to carry on repairs, improvements and so on.

My wife and I moved to Spalding recently, and this was our first time in this B&Q. Lovely and clean, friendly staff and disabled parking right outside the door. We were back in today to buy compost. A lovely member of staff carried it out and put it in our car. Looking forward to our next visit.

Thank you B&Q Spalding. I was met by a friendly member of staff, who directed me to someone who could place my order for two items (high toilet seats). Ordered, paid, and delivery arranged. In short, the time of my delivery was going to happen whilst I was on my way to Hospital. I rang the store, explained the situation and Steve arranged to contact the delivery driver organiser with instructions on where to leave my delivery. Smooth, efficient, friendly service. Though prices bit higher then others.
But they have very good customer service 👍

Very happy to be able to visit B&Q for the 1st time since covid, that said the staff were lovely and helpful as usual and there was plenty of stock to be had and everything I needed 😀 update I have to give a big thank you to the girls in the kitchen dept, I am disabled and I had a bit of a turn and needed help and I got it with bells on it, they got me on a chair, got me some water and kept an eye on me until I was able to go to checkout and home 🏡 Thanks

Very well organised store in relation to Covid 19 recommendations. The store was very well stocked, and the on floor staff really helpful as well. Today nobody was being nasty to staff, but I am very saddened to hear that they have been. No member of staff should have to put up with abusive clients EVER

OK in an emergency but exspensive so better to shop around wilko just over the road which is cheaper

Products easily found, good prices and availability, staff all very helpful and friendly.

We went to buy some door handles,but they hadn't got the ones we wanted, we spoke to a lady ,shewas going to another store to work for couple of days and this store had the door handle we needed,she kindly rang the store and was allowed to bring them back to the Spalding store for us to collect, this was very kind of her and we were very grateful to her

Went to get a rake for my grass.Just what I was looking for. Literally in & out the store.

Purchased some paint via Click n Collect. Entrance to store clearly marked with tape, cones and signs. Gel and sanitiser available at entrance and mask notices clearly displayed. Pick up was efficient and safe. Excellent Covid-19 protocol in place.
