Spoke to Sian in store and she was so kind and extremely helpful, I needed really specific shoes for work and she did the best she could to order in the shoes I needed!

Great service as always, felt very safe with the measures in place during this uncertain time. Staff were very patient with my daughter who has special needs an overall great experience

Frances served me she was polite and very helpful and looked at sizes and type for me I have always shopped at clarks, the type of shoe or boot that I buy, I know full well that I will get complete satisfaction out of them.

The staff member was really helpful with kids fittings initially. But then didn't have ANY of their sizes instore, so had to order in....arrived late Tuesday afternoon (nearly a week after going instore). Rushed to collect them, only to find the shop closed at 5pm (it says 5.30pm online!). Collected next afternoon, only to find my daughters heels slipping. Told its ok they'd put an Ingersoll in there. Fine, but then had the cheek to charge me an extra £4.50 for them!! -Whilst queueing at the till the lady infront of me was told by her assistant that she wasn't going to be charges for hers!????
Nice. I thought Clarks were supposed to be good. Spent well over £100, and feel I might aswell have got cheaper shoes from elsewhere , had them ontime, not had to use innersoles and be better off. Most annoyed.
If I didn't have an appointment directly after collection, I would have brought it to their attention I store!!
