Good convenience store

Refused to accept my Yodel parcel (54cm x 42cm x 27cm) because the shop assistant said it was too BIG. The assistant had no information about any other local Yodel pick up point that accepts BIG parcels.
As the store now advises me that they only do Inpost, and have no contract with Yodel, then I have increased my assessment to neutral. Clearly, Yodel needs to stop listing this store on their store-locator. I have advised Yodel accordingly.

Very rude staff. They badly scanned my code and said my parcel wasn’t there so I had to insist million times until they gave me my parcel. Terrible people working there!
