Attended recently and had a really great experience. Great staff, and great stock ranges. Was able to pick up exactly what I needed with support and assistance from the member of staff. I think her name was Emma? - Really great employee, was able to suggest a range of items that substitute for what I was specifically looking for if they didn't have it. But thankfully with her support I was able to find what I needed. - Great price range too! :)

Want to thank Emma and Anne for their exceptional customer service! They were both attentive and helpful. They offered solutions to my query and ultimately I was able to do what I needed to! Well done to the Gravesend store as had visited a different store with the same issue and was met with a 'no can do' attitude.

Brilliant store with friendly staff. Always come here to buy usual packaging material. Great quality products as well. Books and Stationery are also great value for money.

Great shop to look round, many bargains on art & crafts, books, kids books and activities, puzzles, games, the list is endless. Bright colourful shop, very welcoming. Only downside, it is a little cramped, so not very convenient for wheelchairs and buggies.

It is a great place for arts and craft supplies. Plus all sorts of books but I go there for paint brushes and paint.
