Although Royal Mail tracking said it had been delivered to this store ready for collection when I went to pick-up it was not there. I left contact details with the owner. They spent a number of hours investigating and found out from the "proof of delivery" image that it had not been delivered at that shop - but they had found the parcel! Many thanks for the help in sorting this issue considering the item was quite expensive and desired for the coming Bank Holiday weekend. The mistake had been made by Royal mail delivery to the wrong door.

Always most helpful and polite, open convenient hours for those at work. Parking always good at non peak times.

cannot think the staff at this store enough. Had a bit of mishap with a delivery and the gentleman at the shop was kind enough to send me photos of my parcel and assist me in tracking my parcel just in time for my partners birthday on Saturday! can't recommend enough!! will be sending all my parcels here from now on!! very helpful and great customer service!!!

I’ve been using this shop a while now and always received excellent customer service. I have had multiple parcels sent here. I have never had an issue picking them up. The staff are always very polite and smiling and I find them very helpful. Thank you to all the kind staff :)

Great little shop for forgotten bits and often have unusual treats to snack on.
Collected many parcels from here with no problems although I would suggest smaller parcels as they can only keep them behind the counter and some larger parcels may be turned away due to unavailable storage space.

This store stocks a wide range of items, everything you would look for in a corner shop, there is a good range of chocolate and you can often find limited edition bars from the big manufacturers. Lovely friendly staff offer a warm corner shop welcome and collect + as an additional service, there isn't a store room for parcels so your items are held behind the counter this is worth bearing in mind as a very large item won't fit in the space available...I have collected several smaller parcels from this location and staff have always been very helpful.

Excellent customer service!!! They are always helpful & friendly & I don't know what I would do without their click & collect facility. It has been a real god send. What a great community service they provide! Keep up the good work.

Very poor service. All the time he finds reasons to not take the Yodel parcels.
The machine is not working, he doesn’t have that . And so many more . The old man is so rude . Not a smile nothing, he is very moody all the time .

I had a delivery made and he refused to give my item to me as he was sure it needed a barcode when it did not he just needed proof of delivery which I had.
He was unhelpful and rude and kept telling me to help myself when I asked him where I would find this imaginary barcode. He wouldn't deal with me would but would deal with my boyfriend when he turned up an 2 hours later where he was very helpful for him. In the end we figured out he thought it was click and collect not hermes and he was in the wrong and just wanted commission which we gave him £1. If he had communicated this to me in the first 5mins I would have given him money for my item although I shouldn't have to. Avoid avoid avoid!

I'm only rewiewing Collect + service in that store.

I had a number ocassion when collecting my parcel from collect + in this store parcel was dameged and items were missing. This happened couple of time, today I found out that returned parcel worth of 350£ left to be collected by courier 3 days ego never been picked up and it's missing from that store, hmmm coincidance ?? I dont think so...

Very bad experience with a click and collect, refused to let me have my parcel , visited 4 times , Ebay sorted with a phone call

Do not order your larger items to click and collect from this store. It was refused at the door and sent back.

Bought bread from this shop, moulded bread. Appalling.
