Very friendly and polite.

A random guy came up to me in the shop and made a racist comment, calling me "a Japanese girl who cannot understand humor" which I am not. To make the best out of this situation, the worker was laughing with him. It was very shocking event to go through as a customer.
Thank you for making me feel unsafe. This made my way back home very nice, especially at night. This place has been my go-to store ever since I moved to Rochester, but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to go from now on.
