Best chip shop around no doubt! If I could give a 100 delta r review I would, staff are so friendly and respectful. Will always use this place, bee going for 20 years will carry on!

I came to the area (Bligh Way) last year (July 2020) part way through lockdowns . This store may not be as cheap as the big guys like ASDA or Tesco but the customer service and politeness of the staff beats the big supermarkets hands down. In fact the cost of getting to the larger supermarkets is easily off-set and shopping locally not only makes financial sense, the whole experience is 100% better. I have complete admiration for all the staff that I’ve been served by at this McColls. They’re polite, very friendly and know the guidance of Covid better than any store I’ve used in the last year and 2 months . They offer guidance and help, not judgments and rudeness . They really do know their stuff, and the larger supermarkets like ASDA , Tesco and even Aldi could learn a lot from the staff group at this little local store. They really are a great little gang of workers, and I only wish all stores could train their staff to be as good .

Very helpful staff, always busy, yes its pricey with some goods but a local post office is a plus. They also sell short date food cheaply which saves waste and when you are being frugal can help. I have never seen them sell anything out if date there.

I do sympathise with some of the other comments in regards to post office sometimes not being open but if that’s the case just deal with it 🤷‍♂

Use regularly can be busy at post office counter. Good opening hours

McColls Post office is terrible. Bought pre-paid royal mail postage online. They didn't know what to do and tried to charge me full price postage again. The kid behind the till works both the shop and the post office - needs training?. I ended up going to another post office completely wasted my time.

Nice to have a Morrison Express opening up in bligh way to grab our run out shopping bits,but so,so expensive compared to tesco Express down darnly rd,I cant afford to shop at morrisons with the prices they charge,joke.

Don’t bother using the post office they can’t ever be bothered to do it, lazy staff
