B&M Store

I've visited this store many times throughout the year, and it was always a nice shopping experience, not busy , good show of items, staff helpful and friendly. Worth a visit when in Strood.

Very nice new store, incredibly clean, cheap products and fantastic selection of products! The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is nice... this is a store worth checking out if you haven’t already

Great store, prices starting to rise abit. I know cost of living but some stuff u can get cheaper in asda. Good range of product throughout the store.
Be nice to see a smile on the till staff when being served, as would complete the shop. After spending so much in the store aswell.

Had everything I needed, was very busy so they opened extra checkouts, the gentleman on the checkout was very friendly (and very funny!) - first visit here - had a genuine family feel - and I'll be definitely coming back!

A shop that seems to sell most household items, food and more at reasonable prices unlike a lot of shops these days. Helpful and friendly staff to help you find the item you're desperate for and probably past it twice. Parking is generally OK during the week, gets busy at the weekend.

I've visited this store many times throughout the year, and it was always a nice shopping experience.
Shelves are always tidy and plenty of products to choose from. One thing I noticed is that instead of leaving the shelves empty, if there is a stock rotation or change of season, they fill them in with something, for example plastic containers. Only so the place doesn't look empty. I like that. Gives the impression that the store is well managed.
Be ready to spend some time finding a parking space if you are coming in the busy days! I think it is the only downside. I don't live locally, so I usually visit at the weekend, and the carpark is always full.

I took my dog to the vets & when coming out we drove to this store to get a dog cage and they were shut ! But when I explained why I needed one they let me in with no fuss the guy went and got it and took it to my car and even stroked my dog seeing him poorly

Friendly staff, even when busy on the till.

Only thing that bugs me is that they start to bring out their delivery in the later evening, this often blocks entire aisles. I understand that they have to have deliveries but entire sections of the store become un-shoppable

Fabulous visit today. I have finally utilised the B@M app and managed to bag myself a fabulous set of on-trend curtains and matching lamps. The curtains instore price £49.99 till price £35. The lamps instore price £7.99 the till price £5.00. One very happy shopper.🥳🥳🥳🥳

I was very happy to see diabetic products... with hope even more diabetic sweets and food in future I know sooooo many sad disappointed diabetic s... and will send them to you shop

I went in specifically for Fat Balls for the birds & B&M have 150 for 10.99!! ... hence the box was so heavy I couldn't carry / lift it. A staff member brought me over a trolly & then the security guard carried the box to my car. Very impressed 👏!

Always find a bargain! Go in for specific bits and you can end up with a trolley load.Home furnishings are such good price and a lot of choice. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place! Huge range of stock, including packaged food and drink, at amazingly low prices. Almost anything you could want under one big roof. Lovely cheerful, helpful staff, who treat you as a valued customer, rather than yet another anonymous irritation in a boring day.

A great store with good and sometimes wonderful bargains. A fantastic lighting section as well as a delightful bedding and soft furnishing section. Pet section including dog and cat food, pet toys, leads etc. A good food section including confectionery, tea and coffee etc. Even has mattresses. As I write this there is a really good Christmas section. Take a pound coin with you for a trolley. Good parking and disabled parking too. Pleasent staff who are very helpful too.

a great store. bright and clean with loads of bargains. the only criticism I have is there is no customer service desk for returns and exchanges. you have to go to cash desk 1.which I did yesterday only to be told they were shutting. and I had to go to a normal cash desk and wait while a supervisor was called to deal with my exchange.
