Really delightful building with a great atmosphere. Beautiful crafts, books, greeting cards and gifts. Great cafe with the most delicious cakes. I will definitely return!!

I love this shop. Their book selection is surprisingly wide for the space and thoughtfully curated; their yarn and crafts sections are good quality and eye catching; and their gifts section is fab. Some unusual and unique items there that I've bought for presents and have been warmly received by the recipients. Now they've added some cards and gift wrap following the closure of their "parent" shop, they have a little of everything.

Great shop with an excellent coffee shop hidden away at the back! Even has a peaceful outdoor space right at the very back. Hidden gem with amazing cakes and massive, chucky, delicious brownies

Beautifully curated selection of books, yarns, and charming bits and bobs from perfume to chocolate. A lovely place to go and discover.
It used to be an old show shop in the 70s, and the beige walls are still covered in velvet - stroke it and see!
Will def be back soon.

Unique bookshop/knitting&sewing/cafe on Rochester High Street. Interesting selection of books and some quirkily off kilter publishers. The building was originally some sort of dairy or a butchers - and there are teasing reminders of its former uses in the bits of Edwardian tiling left on view.
I'm not a knitter, so can't comment on that side of things, but there is a broad selection of wooly things, and an amazing range of needles and other paraphernalia. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cafe is tucked away discreetly right at the back - good for a clandestine meeting or secretive knitting assignation. Well worth a browse.

This is a crazy cool store which contains three distinct but equally nice shops. First one is a bookstore that actually spreads to the first floor and beyond. The second store is yarn and knitting, which is rare nowadays but I love that they've got a table with many sits, where potentially group of people can come together and have a good time (knit 😁😎). The third one is a little coffee and cake shop with nice range of breakfast foods. The food was amazing and coffee simply to buzz for. They even got a secret outdoor sitting which is just lovely.
If you though that's it you are in the wrong place. The upper floor was an art gallery when I visited and was about to be changed into the art studios for the local artists. How cool is that? I absolutely adore this type of cross border/no border collaborations. Come check it out.
It's all great - people, products, interior, range of opportunities.

My new favourite shop on the high street! Amazing atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The shop has a great collection of books, showcasing a lot of interesting picks (that, while popular, I don’t see in many other bookshops). An equally great collection of yarn and knitting/crochet supplies.

Unfortunately, I haven’t yet had the chance to eat at Victoria’s (the coffee shop). Regardless, it looks amazing and I will definitely sit there with a book on my next visit.

Nice place, polite staff. It's a book shop with arts and craft and a cafe, really different in a nice way.

We stopped for a coffee and cakes . The coffee was lovely and there was a great range of g/f cakes which were so nice we took a few away with us for later . Worth a visit for the coffee shop alone but there's so much more here. Dog friendly aswell . Loved it ♥

I visited today for the first time. The food was delicious -avocado and poached eggs on toast with a hot chocolate for me, avocado and halloumi on toast with a decaf latte for my friend. The staff were lovely. It was spot on. Only one downside, not open on sundays so I won't be able to visit as often as I'd like. 😀

Dog friendly, Customer service A**. Great selection of books, the kids love the upstairs where they can browse through the childrens book. Also there is a gorgeous little coffee shop tucked away at the back of the shop. Go buy the brownies. Try them all. Don't ask why. Just trust me. The Vegan cake selection is great too!

I am compelled to herald the cosy and delicious newly opened Leonard cafe at Store 104.
Such candied treats and savoury soups that look like a work of art, laden with homemade content and freshly made.
The hot chocolate was thick and hot, culminating in a warm fuzzy feeling that is indicative to a snuggle!
The staff are keen and enthusiastic, able and proud to present a well thought out menu - a must for all visitors and a regular haunt for the locals!

Great store and lovely small cafe at the back. From a woman’s perspective I found there toilets to be great, having sanitary products on the window seal for anyone’s use I find to be absolutely amazing! More places need this. Food and drink was always very good and staff so friendly.

What I find! The new Leonard Cafe in Rochester is the equivalent of a child hood treat!
The menu offers scrumptious variants of naughty pastries and healthy soups, not to mention the very delicious hot chocolate and other hot beverages.
An absolute must if you’re visiting the area - lucky locals!!

Updated to add that I have now tried their cafe, and I love it. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes, and excellent tea! Nice little shop with lots of good quality yarn and needles to choose from. Didn't have time to explore the books or anything else as I was running for my train, but will definitely look next time I'm in Rochester

I think this might be the best shop that ever came into existence. It is like someone went into my head and created a shop that contains all of the things that I love. The genre of books, the type of art, crockery and bookmarks with original art; I love it all. They have different coloured wool and lots of original and unique items that are perfect to give as gifts. There is also a cafe at the rear. I love this shop and you will too. Highly recommended.
