B&Q Dover

Went to buy a new kitchen and buy parts for bathroom. Good friendly and helpful staff.

Thank you, Mat for once again giving good advice and guidance, this time regarding torque wrench v socket set. It was so easy to use and I have found use for the scewdriver attachments, no longer need to rely on the Christmas cracker screwdrivers which have always come in handy.

Ordered my new kitchen doors today from here and Tracy was absolutely great! Very professional and efficient. New exactly what to order for me. She made it seem so easy. Lovely lady!

Had a bad experience in Ashford B&Q where the staff weren’t helpful whatsoever.

Decided to come to the Dover branch and I cannot fault the service whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Especially Caroline, she was a diamond, no question was too much, she took the time to talk to us and understand what we were looking for and got us exactly that! Caroline is an asset to B&Q and made great effort with my 2 year old daughter.

Had everything we needed. Staff helped and were knowledgeable as to where items are in the store. And reasonable prices.
We got 2x plant pots. Really good price. They didn't have the wood we need though so we have to wait for a delivery.

Superb establishment, lots of stock. We were looking for a shelf for a kitchen unit, not a high value item at all, but sales assistant Howard went to extraordinary lengths to ensure we got the correct item. He even arranged for the piece of timber to be cut to size using the in-store cutting service. Nothing was too much trouble. It's really great when you get the same service for a low valued item as for a high value. When we upgrade our kitchen which we plan too soon we will make our way to B&Q!

Great shopping experience, found exactly what we needed very easily. Wasn't busy, so the checkout process was very quick.The staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

Great range of products, both DIY & gardening. Get some really good bargains but can be pricey for some things. Bonus is you can get most DIY/garden things all in one shop. Good quality & very good value garden bedding packs.

A nice modern store with plenty of stock. The store is quite large with plenty of different sections which are well laid out, offering the usual selection you'd expect from a B&Q. There's plenty of free parking too and it's easy to access from the A2.

Went in to get some paint mixed, came across the 2 most helpful and interested staff members. Really helpful and knowledgeable,I could of spent £50 but they sorted me out for £6 , even gave me a discount card. Wish I lived in Dover

I needed a hedge trimmer, I bought one at B&Q Dover, cheapest and available.

Like the click and collect feature, very quiet which was good. Member of staff was very helpful and let us out the entrance to save us walking the long way round, also let my daughter pay for her item at the collection desk which we both appreciated.

Great store. Super friendly staff who were super helpful especially Jaime helping me find the right bit of wood and then cutting it perfectly. Great job team BnQ Dover as good atmosphere from everyone.

B&Q = Busy and Quick... when it's busy you can still be quick. Everything is easy to find (sometimes with the help of an assistant), and when it is busy there are more tills open to help you be quick. Unless of course you want to browse the garden section, or the kitchens, decorating, tools or any of the many areas full of anything that anyone could need..
Oh yes, and free parking on the doorstep...

I went to view the kitchens at B & Q as suggested and recommended by a local builder.
The sales assistant, Georgina, was very friendly, helpful and extremely informative.
The whole process of designing and purchasing a kitchen, with Georgina, was a pleasure and easily done.
I would definitely recommend to my friends to visit your store if they are thinking of getting a new kitchen. Employees like Georgina are an asset to your business.

Love it or hate it, we always get what we need whenever we go there. So no complaints. Not let us down yet. The staff have always been helpful. Prices reasonable. Plenty of variety. Loads of parking. Wheelchair friendly. Ticks the boxes for us. Would recommend to any DIYer.
