As Lidls go this one is quite civilised. Staff well organised, so queues go down quickly and the car park is rarely full.

Great Lidl with good hard working friendly staff and wide range of cheaper but excellent quality food and drinks. Often there's great bargain finds also in the middle of Lidl aisle.

Wider aisles is better for people like me disabled & in a wheelchair. Only complaint no self checkouts. Hazelwick store has them, but narrow aisles.

I love shopping in Lidl but the queues are so long that I get charged regularly for parking. I am an elderly disabled widowed pensioner that takes time loading & unloading trolley.
It has put me off 📴 f going to lidl when get my pension.

Standard lidl but can get busy at peek times but most of the time max 5 min queue. Good selection of produce etc

Massive Lidl is awesome. Has everything you need!

Lidl Dorking is excellent and very spacious. It has everything a shopper needs at the great value process Lidl is known for. It's also a lovely location in Dorking.

Quality food shopping but on the cheap . Roughly saved 45 pounds buying equivalent family of 4 weekly shop .meat and fresh veg is excellent and can't really fault anything.. .. footnote. Shopping early Sunday morning is quite busy compared with other days

Look, what can you say about this type of chain as they look the same , by design, wherever you are. But, shout out to the staff at the Dirking branch: friendly, active, and go above and beyond to help you.

Most of Lidl shops are similar apart from the volume of stock
Staff at checkouts are polite and friendly
These shops are no longer classed as being at the lower end of the market place just look around the car parks.
Good quality reasonably priced food items encourage all types of people to shop in Lidl
And I would say on my update in July 2023 that it's one of the top supermarkets around
Really good value for money
The only bad point is the length of the shelf life of fresh vegetables and fruits they seem to go off much quicker.

Some really great products at fantastic prices. The bakery is outstanding and the staff generally friendly. You don't get chased at the aisles either!

Place agradable and has a range of things.

Lovely staff at Dorking, fast checkouts, clean and tidy store. The range is big and varied enough to do an entire weeks shop here. Fruit and veg have a good life in them and are excellent value for money.

Went to buy milk and left with a portable coffee maker, paint rollers, window cleaning vacuum and a hammer action power drill. Result!

The prices are of course the biggest positive of this supermarket but I was definitely pleasantly surprised to find a good selection in products in general and even quite good quality produce (despite recent shortages in parts of the country) I especially appreciated their "when it's gone" section as they had a number of Greek - style products that are good in quality (and very tasty!)
