Poor selection, staff can never be found except chatting to each other and a security guard that follows you around! If I was going to nick something, I hardly think it would be a meal deal!

Terrible experience here !
I bought something to eat here to rush for train and I paid with my card and required signature after transaction, the black manager required me to show the signature to verify, when I showed to him and he said the signature is not the same! How come it is different? Slight change should be reasonable, or else we need to being a seal? Finally he even required me to show the ID to him!

Honestly just a small and easy supermarket and why need to so so rigid? Even I asked to resign it and he said you need to show your ID, I do think there is discrimination here! I never visited any supermarket that required so formal and rigid check! Does he think he is now working in a bank? He even said make sure your signature is correct otherwise I will cancel it! it is fine, there are so many helpful supermarkets around and just go ahead. I don't think the case need to be handle like this! It is not helpful but keep trouble to the people here. As a citizen and stayed in London, this is my first terrible experience faced here. Amazing manager!
