The 2 members of the staff were so helpful to myself and my wife .
Explained to us what we needed, and were brilliant with sorting out what we had to do sorting out our DIY project, with little knowledge of knowing sizes etc , they were just so helpful and polite

I had an issue which the store very happily sorted it out for me. Micheal looked into the issue with one of his colleagues, Anna and I’m glad you’re able to resolve it in a way, which satisfied both me and enables me to continue to run my business efficiently and effectively

I ordered a wheelbarrow on click and collect and 15 mins later it was ready. When I got to the store and given the wheelbarrow it was handed a box. I was vocally surprised as I've only known them to come fully assembled. My slight disappointment was noted by the staff and who I believe was the manager asked one of the staff to put it together for me. A gesture they didn't have to make. I was very humbled by their level of customer service. The guy took the box into the back and 20 mins later was a fully assembled wheelbarrow. He even wheeled it to my car and put it in my boot for me. I'm absolutely over the moon. I can't believe what wonderful team they are. They really went above and beyond for me. I thanked them to which the manager responded "if we can do that little bit extra to make a customer happy why wouldn't we". A true wonder, the lot of them. Thanks again!

Really quick to process my order. Click and collect ready after about 5 minutes. Walked in, gave details and back out all in a matter of minutes. Great prices too, 32mm & 38mm flat wood bits for a shade over £3, no complaints at all.

Elle was amazing when i arrived in store and had forgotten my bank card. She explained i could order online there and then on my phone and use paypal, and collect straight away instead of going all the way home.

Did a click n collect today. Item was in stock and order ready to pick up within minutes. No need to go in store as the collection point is out front. Very fast service, great staff and the cheapest around. They also have a lot of items I couldn't find elsewhere and again, far cheaper than some of the DIY superstores. I'll be back.

Great and very rapid service, with a very well Covid prepared process. Ordered at 3:26 on a Sunday, got text at 3:39 saying it was all ready, everything there and a really good price. Brilliant.

Was in bit of a fix needing to get a extending roller been allover letchworth trying to get one. I spoke to two ladies at the counter who told me how to order and i had my roller to finish of a job within a few minutes of ordering. thanks to Toolstation I didn't lose a whole day waiting for my order.
