Great shop and helped me find a parcel that had been delivered to the wrong location!

I have used this place for over 12 years to drop off parcels without any problems, until one hot day I purchased a cold drink only to find it had lost its fizz. I took it straight back, and the lady begrudgingly gave me another drink, moaning about how they have never had a problem before and how they are going to lose a pound. This experience caused me to use another place. After a few years, I gave this place another chance, and then she moaned about the parcel being too big and not having enough space. Although it's a longer drive, I now use another parcel dispatch shop that never complains and is always welcoming and friendly.

The person serving has NEVER said please or thank you after any purchases. Quite ignorant. So I make an even bigger thank you and please gesture,

Rude woman! Never experienced somebody so rude! Whenever I take my items to return, the shop teller normally does it for me as they are more experience on packaging, the lady told me to do it and obviously done it wrong, and she told me off. Never coming back to do this shop. Bad experience

Really rude staff member refused to take a UPS parcel stating it was too big when it was well within the maximum size limit. Was not helpful at all.
