All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Also one in particular was very good, he helped me with some vape products even though he didn't really know what he was doing. He went to extreme lengths to help me.

This place is god send especially before the first lock down. Struggled to get rice anywhere else but cherry Hinton mini market sold it in 10kg sacks.

Came to pick up a parcel and hardly managed to identify the person in duty, since he was dressed like a maintenance worker, with gloves on. Anyhow, very slowly managed to walk up towards me, and at the end of the day could deal with the request with no great difficulties, so I've got what I came for. In terms of quality and customer service there's a lot of room for improvement, of course. Otherwise, at least they fulfill their job.

I drove 45 minutes to pick up a fit to fly test that I needed urgently and despite stating on the website that the shop should have been open it was closed. Rang the shop number, no reply and no one answered the door.
Waited half an hour in case somebody came but still no one turned up.
