A million thank yous Thomas. You helped arrange a visit for my 14 year old grandson who is developing an interest in carving. He could not have received a more welcoming, informative, polite, sensitive and professional approach to his visit. You are true gentleman, the like of which one seldom encounters in the modern world. All power to your elbow. May your efforts to maintain and extend your craft be rewarded. The world would be a lesser place without you. Colin and Oliver.

Visited the Lovespoon Workshop approx. 9 times. Love the wood, varioous shapes, designs. Always bought at least 1 per visit, for myself, family and friends, these are always received with joy.
I am ringing them tomorrow for a request for a special one for my sister, I know she will love it.
Great work and designs.

We are so pleased with the lovespoon that you delivered (personally) the same day that we ordered it. Your knowledge and advice was second to none and a it is a pleasure to deal with someone who obviously has a passion for their art.

Short description of the carving of the love spoons, followed by an exhibition of all the various types of spoons. Very interesting, family owners.

Commissioned a Love Spoon for my darling wife as a present, after watching a Michael Portillo railway program.
I sent some pictures and they came up with a design. Picture shows Dave finishing the piece by carving our initials.

Our second purchase from the Lovespoon workshop. So interesting to call in. The owners know so much and are happy to chat with you. I bought a lovely spoon in recycled mahogany to send to a distant cousin in America who has been tracing her Welsh roots.

Absolutely blown away today with our visit to Lovespoon Workshop and see how David and father have continued to keep this wonderful 17th Century craft alive and be so successful in modern times.

David came out to the coach and gave my passengers a warm welcome before inviting everyone into the Workshop.
Then the Master Craftsman showcased his fine work and gave everyone a demonstration on how he creates Lovespoon, which I must say he clearly knew what he spoke about and was passionate about his work.

As a group we thoroughly enjoyed our visit today and can’t thank you enough for such a lovely visit and look forward to my next visit when I’m on tour in the area.

On a final note I decided to buy one of the lovespoons for myself and wife to remind us of our special day back in July of this year.

Keep up your fantastic work and keep spooning👍

Great family business. We came back 10 years later to get our daughter a spoon to match ours.

The family are lovely and welcoming. The stories of the spoons are great.

Visited here whilst on holiday in South Wales. We were told how the love spoon was first created and its history since then. I thought the items in the shop would be expensive but was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely family business with helpful and polite staff. Well worth a visit.

We visited this week. It was lovely to chat to the father and son as they went about their work making carved love spoons. They were patient and generous with their answers. I bought the DVD. Absolutely beautiful work on display. As a wood carver myself I know how much work & skill is involved in producing them over many hours.

Lovely place to visit! People who are working there are extremely friendly, they showed us their workshop and they told us a lot about this Welsh tradition and how these spoons are made. Beautiful collection of family love spoons too see. I bought a present for my cousin weddings, she was impressed about the oak wood love spoon, a work made with a lot of precise.
