Levi's® Lakeside Centre

We visited this branch today for my son's 16th birthday.
We have to say the guy that looked after us was an absolute credit to your company.
He couldn't have been more helpful and made it a great shopping experience for my son.
In these days where customer service standards seem to have declined, it really was a refreshing change to be served by someone who actually made you feel like your custom was appreciated.

Highly recommend! Went just before Xmas for some jeans as a present. Young man who served us was extremely friendly & helpful. They didn’t have the length of jeans in stock, but the young man said he could alter them to the correct length within half an hour. Went off to shop and they were ready & waiting for us when we returned. My husband loved them and they fit perfectly. Will definitely be returning.

Great store with really friendly staff. Showed them a picture of the jeans I wanted and they instantly knew which Levi's I was after. They were really helpful with picking the perfect size and then showing other pairs as well so I could make my decision (as I can be very indecisive!) Sam in particular was very helpful. Walked away very happy with my first pair of Levi's and will definitely return for more in the future!

The girl that served me this Sunday morning was so helpful! I showed her jeans I liked on instagram and she helped me find a style that would look the same. I came on my own and was indecisive but she gave me lots of advice and went back and forth getting different sizes for me. Super kind and helpful x

Went in today and couldn't have had better customer service.
I struggle to find jeans & they informed me they had an on site tailoring service.
This was perfect as a 5'0 person who always struggles to find jeans the perfect length who's also plus sized.
They were helpful, kind & quick with their alterations within 30 mins.
Would absolutely recommend worth the price.

Great store really helpful staff .Noticed they did alterations in store had a price list on the wall which is handy .Products a plenty and if they havnt got what you want will order and send to your home

I was very impressed with the customer service we received at Levi’s lakeside. My 17 year old daughter really wanted some Levi’s and the sales assistant must have spent about 45 minutes helping her find the correct fit and suggesting different styles and sizes. She seemed to really know her jeans! My husband also rates the Cambridge branch highly too.

Staff went the extra mile to make sure my daughter got the perfect fit. Definitely go here again.

Visited today around 4:30 so not long before closing. I wanted to try on some jeans was unsure of style the assistant was fantastic running back and fourth to find the perfect fit. Great service 👏

The staff here are absolutely great. My husband split his first ever pair of Levis, they couldn't be fixed but the store exchanged them.
The gentleman covered in tattoos (I didn't get his name) really professional, interesting to talk to and very very helpful, was great with our daughter when she got bored in store.

Just before Christmas, there was a very nice lady with blonde hair & glasses, she was helping my male friend find out about levi bootcut jeans. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much.

Always great customer service. Friendly and attentive staff.
Expensive prices but my previous pair of Levi's lasted me 4 years so doesn't work out too much when you think of it that way.

Some good sale prices and the staff Adam I think! Was very helpful in assisting the right size and how they will wash and stretch etc.

Bought jeans from here recently. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady that served me, she's originally from South London, was brilliant.

Very friendly staff, changing rooms clean and tidy and the only place that sell my size and fit perfectly 5☆
