Premier

Brilliant shop and great welcoming customer service thank you raj 👍🏾🇮🇳

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had going into a shop. So the time was gone 7:30am on a Sunday, I had just worked a 10hour nightshift.. I was walking back home (Takes me 40mins to walk) and I always go past this "Premier" each time I go to or from work, anyway.. I am walking back and I head inside, small place that's a bit cramped but that's fine, I am only a small person... I take a good look around the store, since I may go in here each time before I work (Not a chance now). So I was looking about and these two men was refilling the ATM, I am at the biscits section after going clockwise around the whole shop.. Just about to look at the last few products and prices I haven't seen (Btw.. overpriced) and the store owner.. Or someone that works behind the counter.. Comes over and she say's " Hey, I don't want you back there " I reply back " Sorry.. Just looking around the store for the first time ". Responds back was " Well I don't want you back there ", I reply back with " I can leave if you like? ". She comes back with " Yes, I want you to leave ", I'm just standing there going.. Is this happening?? I'm just having a look and a bit hungry... Anyway I start to walk out the store and past her; and I say " Sorry I guess?? " and before I leave the I even say " Have a nice day " ( Because you know, manners cost nothing) and her reply back was " Ok thank you ". In all my 17 years of living in Eastbourne, I have never had such bad customer service as that... Probably why everything overpriced is because they only make money from people that are too lazy to go to the supermarket to get it cheaper and with the way they treat their customers.. I wouldn't be surprised they need to jack up the prices. Sorry about the 1 star, I couldn't go any lower.. In my point of view, it's be less than a half.. It'd be quarter of a star at that
