Acorns Children's Hospice shop

This is one of the best charity shops in the area. Staff go above and beyond. All items immaculate . Book selection is excellent especially for children. Very good selection of photo frames. Doesn't look like a charity shop especially from the lovely window display.

A wonderful selection of clothing, artwork, DVDs, CDs, housewares, toys,, games, and books. We have shopped here for at least four years and donated many once-treasured and useful items. The staff has always been courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Great selection in here and found some fantastic design & photography-based books.

A great shop, wide range of spotlessly clean bric a brac, books and clothes. Clearly displayed 'no eating or drinking' signs before entering the shop. All charity shops should be like this one.😀😀

Being asked to leave because they are taking an half hour lunch break! There was at least 3 staff working that I could see. Was very embarrassing. Will not be getting any of my money in the future. I myself work in charity retail and would not dream of shutting shop if there were more then one persons to cover let alone ask someone to leave.... attitudes need improvement.

Me and my 6 year old son popped in here, and was told by the lady with the blond Bob that we were not welcome, as my son was eating wine gums and would have sticky fingers.
He wasn't touching anything, he was just waiting for me. The lady came across really rude, I will not shop in here again.
