Halfords - Evesham

I bought the child's car seat online and booked a demonstration fit which was free. I was half an hour early but that was no problem. The demonstration was carried out in a friendly but professional manner by Jess who could not have been more patient or helpful. Excellent service.

I went to Halfords today to replace my front number plate and a stop/tail bulb , customer service was excellent from the start, I had a young lady called Jess who was a very pleasant , helpful, knowledgeable and competent.
Would definitely recommend.

I had my headlight bulb replaced by Cameron at the Evesham store. Very efficient superb service. I am a full time carer and live in a village. So this was very important to me. Very pleased. Thank you

I could not fault the service and advice provided by two members of staff at Halfords in Evesham this morning. I visited them following my car service yesterday (also with Halfords) to have a new battery fitted on my car which had been recommended. All the details were carefully explained to me, a second test on the battery was carried out and Cameron carried out the actual work. Being a new member of the Motoring Club I also received the benefit of a reduced price.

As a lady of "more mature years," Louis provided the utmost customer service to me, carefully explaining in every detail the various pros and cons, and provided me with the utmost reassurance and confidence that my car would not let me down due to battery failure following its replacement. Additionally, Cameron carried out the various checks I was entitled to and again, provided me with all the information I needed to know.

I believe both these gentlemen went over and above their respective roles, and were polite and reassuring at all times. They are a great credit to your company!

I’m not often in the U.K. but I needed to get some things here. Shop was full clean and tidy. I liked to have a good browse after a while away and found exactly what I needed. I was served by an older man (Andrew on my receipt) who was very friendly. I also asked for advice on roof boxes and Thule in particular. He gave great advice and was obviously knowledgeable on them. Many thanks Halfords and to Andrew : )

I ordered stuff on their website which was an absolute ballache, checked before I paid it was in stock, when paid it said one part not in stock, luckily the guy on the counter was a star, sorted a different part and refunded the difference, staff 10 out of 10, website rubbish

Dont generally leave reviews however the service was spot on. Kids wanted a last minute camping trip and i was low on a couple supplies. I was served quickly and all bits grabbed for me. In and out! Cheers!

Fantastic service from Cameron and Danno! They helped me select the correct socket set and advised on specific attachments I already had to avoid me buying the incorrect tool.

A very knowledgeable lady served me and made my visit very successful. Her extra effort to supply me the car's correct wiper blades was commendable, considering the shops computer system didn't show any available.
