Fairfield Store

Lived in Fairfield almost 10 years now. This store is our day to day place to go. The staff are all outstanding!! Friendly polite caring! They have it all!!!
I have a child with complex needs who finds shopping very hard. The manager here always gives her and my family the greatest respect. She will be starting little shopping trips here now. Even if I am near the door. It is just so nice to go to a place where my daughter feels comfortable and listened too..

Staff were friendly and very helpfull

Decent shop with good things in but the guy behind the till has an attitude problem. All he does is click his fingers and neck whilst your paying for your items and he huffs and puffs the whole time. He may work long hours but he can't take it out on his customers. Fool.

Fine but smelly and terrible products

the bloke that was working tonight should learn how to be nice to customers and a smile doesn't hurt. A bloke was with his daughter in there and the daughter threw her dads house keys so he was looking round the shop for them and the the bloke working there was huffing and tutting just because the dad was looking for them he didn't even bother helping so i had a look and still couldn't find them so the bloke left and the person working there just carried on tutting and tidying the shelves disgusting service i wont be going in there again

One star because one of the gentleman is very homophobic refused to serve me.

Changed since Sam left. Tried to overcharge multiple times!
