Great store, good size so plenty of room to mooch! Super quality food with lots of choice.

This is a great Waitrose store. Parking is good with sufficient disabled and family parking spaces. The staff are always polite when I’ve interacted with them, no grumpy faces at checkout. Collect services are good at customer service desk.

I am sure the produce there is lovely but I think I would need to have won the lottery to be able to do a weekly shop there 🤣

Nice wide aisles; well laid out store with a really nice Cafe to relax in after the shopping. Good customer service from all staff we've dealt with in our experience.

Great supermarket. Great selection of food. Always clean and kept tidy. Toilets are good too. Nice selection of prepared food for immediate consumption. Great bakery with lots of scrummy cakes and pastries. Really good selection of fresh produce and vegetables. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Community noticeboard is good and always a good seasonal display in the entrance. Plentiful parking located directly outside.

Friendly, courteous and outrageously expensive but great quality. We always shop at Aldi but buy the odd treat from here.

East to park, nice and flat. Well lit at night, too.

If Waitrose was cheaper, we’d buy lots more from here. But they aren’t, so we don’t. But still great service and quality if you can stretch to it.

This supermarket has literally saved Evesham from getting worse. I absolutely adore it here. The staff are actually very friendly and do they're job to a professional standard, the groceries are top quality and the cafè food is awesome. It's a modern store and it is really clean. If you are looking for an excellent supermarket that will boost your happiness about food shopping or just want a nice cuppa with your friends then this is the place to come

Nice clean store with ample parking

Such an amazing service from the two Waitrose delivery men on 17 December. We were staying at a holiday home near Snowshill which was very remote, and Google Maps wasn't providing much help with the exact location. Given we had very poor mobile reception, the delivery men were really struggling to find us. However, they persevered for over an hour, even calling the holiday letting company to find the location. Many other supermarkets would have given up, but Waitrose went above and beyond to make sure our holiday got off to a brilliant start and we had plenty of food. Thank you so much!

Credit where credit is due the duty manager on 9th March stepped up to the plate. I arrived not a very happy John Lewis customer. I order an item online on Monday7th for collection on Tuesday after 3pm at Waitrose Evesham. Tuesday came and went and no email or update on the tracking to say it was ready for collection. I spoke to 2 different people at John Lewis and was told that it would definitely be delivered to store on Wednesday. I was also told that Waitrose refused the delivery on Tuesday as their ‘depot’ was closed !! A blatant lie - shame on you John Lewis online tracking - help line.
I explained all this to the duty manager who confirmed that todays delivery was in but the cage of goods hadn’t been checked/logged into store yet - hence their in store terminals didn’t actually register/identify my order number. The manager hadn’t currently got the staff numbers to go and look at the cage for me but he did advise that they had until 2pm to do this (it was about 11:45am when I was in-store). I wasn’t happy but there was little I could do apart from go home and await for an email - then trek back into store. I joined my wife who was just finishing up a bit of shopping in store and once we had paid I thought I would try the In Store screens again to see if my order number was checked in yet . To my surprise it was and within about 10 seconds of typing in my order details a member of staff was actually carrying out my box and calling my name. The manager also appeared and I’m sure it was his intervention that got me my order. He was on his way out of store (presumably his shift finished at 12 noon) but he went the extra mile to keep a customer happy. We’ll done him ….and his colleague ….who I saw when I arrived and who appeared with my parcel. Great service needs to be appreciated and reported. Thank you. Having worked in retail I know people are all too quick to moan about poor service so I thought I would balance that out a bit. Ian Boardman

Spacious and relatively quiet so happy to go in. Got all that I wanted and have self service tills so no queuing needed. Staff always very helpful.

Good example of usual Waitrose high standard, pleasant checkout lad, no need to engage with other staff as all shelves had what we were looking for. Wife given lovely bunch of tulips as we were leaving, special treat. Good Valentine's meal offer still well stocked.

First time at this store. Easy parking. Staff the usual exemplary folk who go out of their way for you. Such a pleasant experience and easy 6 mile run through beautiful countryside I will be back.

Expensive in comparison to Tesco etc , but that's Waitrose and you get what you pay for. Actually for what we use it for, it's more than affordable. Nicely laid out, clean and has an air of classiness as all John Lewis shops tend to. Parking plentiful and accessible.

Waitrose has become my go-to top-up shop during the pandemic to pick up essentials and a few treats. I go in the evenings and I never have to queue. Nice big isles and the shoppers are more likely to observe social distancing. Friendly staff, you can tell they chose nice people to work there.

Very friendly staff, well thought out for covid-19 shopping. Food to usual high standard. Branded goods generally slightly more expensive than supermarkets but worth that for the overall shopping experience.
