Argos Whitstable (Sainsbury's C&C)

Use a lot and have never experienced anything other than good natured service

Very good service and they carry a lot of stock

I picked up an Argos order I did online the previous day. Service was pretty quick, I had to wait around the service point only a few minutes before a staff member came to me. The staff seemed a little confused by the process but hopefully will get better.

Although they were fast at sorting out the parcel in the back, once they had my number, there was no-one there at the desk, and the system was down (again).
They either need a button/bell that you can ring to get someone come to you, instead of queuing up in Customer Services, which is always busy.

I have never been so upset,m my wife and I spent a lot of money there but had to take a hair dryer back as it was not working properly.But the yougy man was rude to my wife and myself and we will not return there ever again

Click and cOllerton point always out of order. Kept waiting because not enough staff .
