Tesco Superstore

I've seen a review here stating that the floor supervisors and kiosk are rude. Well that isn't true at all. They have always been really friendly and helpful when I've been in here, which is pretty much daily as it's my local store. Great selection of goods and pretty much all you need from a supermarket. ALL the staff here are friendly.

It's easy to pick fault in large stores and organisations. The Penarth store isnt an Extra so isnt full-ranfe. The store is the staff and the staff at the Penarth Tesco store are friendly people who go the extra mile to help. Many have been there a long time.

The staff here are superb. Such friendly, kind souls and nothing’s too much trouble. It’s a delight to grocery shop here. They sell a good selection of flowers and gift cards. There’s even tights and kids socks. Being a smaller store they’ve had to be selective with offering but I think they’ve got the balance just right. Great place.

My favourite Tesco in Penarth. What a lovely store. It's clean and tidy and the shelves are well stocked. The staff are very friendly and always got a smile on their faces. This is how a superstore should look. Well done to the manager and his staff for always making my visit to your store a great visit. Whilst in these times of uncertainty I must commend ALL of the staff from checkout tills to domestics.
