Boots

A national shortage of HRT patches from my local chemist lead me to ringing around all of my other local chemists.
Majority of them had no stock and we’re not interested in seeing if it was available.
However this all changed when we rang Boots chemist in the High Street of Ashby de la Zouch.
The young lady by the name of Diane was fantastic. She took the enquiry seriously and although had no stock in branch she said she would make an enquiry and get back to us the following day.
Indeed she did, and yes, she found stock that was not available elsewhere.
Quite frankly I found the service that she gave on behalf of Boots outstanding and it’s rare to find people like her, who are an absolute asset to businesses up and down the country.

Very, helpful pharmacy staff. I am away from home longer than expected and had my prescription sent to this pharmacy. The staff were very helpful getting my list of items for me. Thank you.

Friendly staff and well stocked shop

Staff are friendly, professional and will help with any of your needs there great at there jobs I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone, they make you feel more than welcome unlike other places I have been great store 5 stars all the way I rate higher if I could also the pharmacist G we call him goes out his way to deal with me he even comes down during his lunch break to deal with me which is rare all the staff are great too but there aren't many pharmcists that would postpone there lunch to serve customers. NEW NEWS THE MAIN PHARMACIST IS LEAVING ON THE 4TH OF MAY DUE TO PAY CUTS OR SOMETHING I WISH I COULD DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THIS AS HE IS MORE THAN A PHARMACIST HE IS LIKE A DOCTOR, COUNCILLOR AND A FRIEND ALL ROLLED INTO ONE HE LISTENS I WISH WE COULD PUT IN A POTITION TO MANAGEMENT FOR THE WAY HE IS BEING TREATED AS HIS ROLL IS MUCH MORE THAN A PHARMACIST SAD TO SEE YOU GO G AND ALL THE STAFF FEEL THE SAME BROTHER YOU HAVE MY RESPECT ALL WAYS THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Average sized shop, with great staff who are always on hand to help. Been collecting my prescriptions from here for years now and there's never any hassle.
