Weigh Out

One of my favourite places - anywhere! An absolute MUST if you're in Barmouth. If you care about anyone, you MUST bring them home a little bag of heaven as a souvenir. I don't know who enjoys it more, the kids, or their grown-ups. You have to gawp at the bon-bons, feign a little bit of interest in the nut selection, then, as you complete the hairpin bend around the tubs, slowly look up at the old-school pick 'n' mix section and grab the scoop, trying really hard to be an adult and not scream out 'Black Jacks!!!!!' to your significant other. I joke about the nuts of course. This is also a great place for overnight oats - they have it all, oats, dried fruit, seeds, etc.

Great prices and a great range of dried goods and sweets as well as herbal supplements, vegan produce and Indian pickles. Buy as much or as little as you want. No packaging so super green

Lots of choice for pick and mix sweets plus many other cooking ingredients, cereals and lots more too. Definitely worth a visit in Barmouth.

Great experience all around. All the sweets are in little barrels where you can scoop them out into a little bag they weight at the end and then charge you for. They also have sweets pre-bagged if you would rather have them that way. Friendly staff aswell, happy to serve the customers.

Lovely little sweet shop that sells all your childhood favourites and more, the only person that won't like it will be your dentist but still worth a visit. 🍭
