Full of things you had no idea you needed until you see them on a shelf in here and realise you needed. Reasonably priced gardening stuff and discount energy drinks usually. I assume the red and green light smiley face thing is attached to some sort of squid game fight for survival type of deal going on in the staff room so I always press the green button just in case. I don't need that kind of thing on my conscience.

Nice big store in kirkby town centre, can pick up almost anything and everything

But for such a big shop could do with more tills open .got all the bits i went in for .

Great new store that is just what Kirkby needed. Always stocked and each time I've gone in for specific items, they've always had them and I've not had to look elsewhere. I've also found items easily too.

Only room for improvement I would say would be staffing. They need more people in the store and crucially, they need more cashiers. I've only ever seen 2 tills in operation at once all the times I've been in, yet they have about 6-10 of them. The queues are usually backed up for ages which turns a lot of customers hostile and generally is just not great for shoppers who didn't have long to shop in the first place (i.e. on dinner breaks in work etc).
