Morrisons

Every time I go in to Morrisons the staff are so helpful, I am in a mobility scooter & the staff couldn’t be more helpful helping me find things but especially the staff on the tills if I am on my own they pack my shopping and put it on my scooter for me ..thank you for making my shopping experience a lot easier for me I really appreciate it.

MORRISONS: Very helpful staff and a pleasant shopping experience, spacious isles, good quality and choice and easy access with cash machines just outside, although i did not notice any public toilets anywhere in the shopping area.
(except for the fast food outlets, which are only a few yards away)

Fab customer service , had an issue at the till bur management sorted really quickly!
Lovely clean store and lots of offers on !

Great supermarket with interesting market kitchens. Chippy food, pasta, pizza, salad, brews, waffle, milkshake, roast chickens, ThAI, Korean... plenty of choices

Far to good for Kirkby, hence why there is loads of security when you go in there and plain clothes ones aswell, not place for robbers🤣🤣, Kirkby is certainly come up in world for sure🤣🤣🤣
Morrisons shop itself is Really clean, massive inside and wide range off stuff and little food stores inside aswell.

Really good. Enjoyed the cakes alot. The staff seemed a little caught off guard by how busy it was but it was a good visit overall

Great shop ...lots of choice ...staff are lovely ...parking good ...pleny of trolleys availble.

It was my first visit to Morrisons unable to use my mobility scooter, the staff we're absolutely excellence I will be shopping there more often

Relatively new flagship site, really big store, some good bargains in store, good parking too!

Nice store, the market kitchen section is a nice addition if you want a freshly cooked meal. The chicken is good quality with good portions and flavour. The staff is nice and friendly.

Great staff, always friendly and willing too help. Store is very clean also

It's Mozzers. It's big and you can get a signal in there for when you forget what that thing was she sent you for. Unlike ASDA. Which is made entirely of tin foil and no electronic devices work. Go to Morrisons men. Its better for your health.

Supermarket is fine
Whoever designed the car park lay out should be brought back to fix it!!

It's awful, dangerous

Bit pricy but otherwise, very wide selection of quality goods in a central ideal location.

It's been 40 years since a new supermarket opened in Kirkby! So this is pretty big news and proving popular upto now!

I visited on Saturday 23rd and was quite impressed. . . I didn't use the food court section (but I will) so this is only about the groceries bit!

Morrisons is built on providing fresh food, meat, fish, fruit&veg and bread - and it shows in store.

Shopping trolleys are outside (under cover) and take £1 coin to use. They also do tiny trolleys for tiny shoppers! Quite funny seeing toddlers pushing them around!

As a flexitarian I was happy to see a well stocked fresh fish counter. Thr rainbow trout on ice looked particularly good. Salmon, smoked haddock, cod and tuna also.

The butchers counter looked equally appealing with nice looking cuts of steak, pork and beef. I did buy a shoulder of lamb for a tenner which was well worth it! Used for a big pan of scouse along with low fat minced beef also from Morrisons.

But . . .I personally will continue to give my custom to Neil and Paul in the towny for my meat and fish.

As a big bread head I loved the bakery aisle. Fresh bread of all kinds. I liked the six bread rolls for £1.50 - loads of different rolls to choose from to mix it up a bit! I bought a freshly baked white bloomer which if I'm honest was quite doughy and heavy and I bought a large cobbler for 50p which was spot on. I also found six doughnuts for 55p! Super fresh and melt in the mouth. I got the raspberry and the custard ones which went down very well in work with a brew!

Grocery-wise there's a great variety of stuff that we haven't had here in Kirkby for a long time. Morrisons 'savers' line of foods and drink are okay too. Their diet cola at 59p isn't to be sniffed at! Quite nice in fact.

The only negative is - carrier bags are 60p! So bring yer own folks! But yeah, Ill deffo be back for the bakery and to try the food court which I'm hearing good things about!

Fantastic place to go for a shop if you want a bite to eat also the food market place is awesome the pasta pizza and wraps are amazing I go regularly now. Have heard there stopping some tho which is very disappointing but as it stands it's great see what happens after the change

Oh my goodness the fresh doughnuts are the freshest of them all. Dare I say one of the best supermarkets to purchase a raspberry filled doughnut? Asda hasn't got a whiff. Generous filling, raspberry jam oozing out from all directions, bring your napkin, you'll need a few.

Omg I could not believe what I seen in morrisons kirkby it is brilliant chippy, chicken, pizza so much to choose from, finally kirkby is on the map taco bell, kfc, mcdonalds etc

Plenty of choice and is no more expensive than Asda
