Just had an Americano from Marks Tey Coffee-link, friendly young lady served me & the Coffee was absolutely beautiful, really smooth taste & the price was ok
Will call in for another next time I go to London !👍👍

Lovely staff. I had a young girl serve me this evening and was greeted with lovely customer service and a friendly smile. Iced coffees are 10/10.

Brilliant coffee shop. Staff are really friendly remembering everyone's regular orders and getting multiple drinks turned around before trains depart.

Quick and efficient- Ian served me and service was smooth with me trying to catch a train in 3 minutes! Milk 🥛 extr to add for take away would have been great 😊

*HOTTEST & WEAKEST FLAT WHITE ON EARTH, Also might want to mention your chocolate muffins contain HAZELNUT spread in the middle before someone has an allergic reaction?!*

Friendly staff but she made the flat white, with extra shot somehow incredibly weak and overly hot. For that and a chocolate muffin it came to £6 or so. Not great.

I swear she only put in 2 shots, which means a normal flat white there is a single shot. 🤮 Most places do 2 or even 3 as standard.

This is about the 3rd time this has happened. Such a shame. The Colchester branch is similar, both used to be great and have had a massive fall from grace so to speak.

The only ones that get it right are the Ipswich Marina (HQ) cafe and the Chelmsford Station kiosk.

Won't be using Coffeelink at Marks Tey or Colchester any longer.
Such a shame.

If you like a 500ml flat white that’s hotter than a solar flare then this is the place for you. Thankfully I have a 40 minute wait in the open for my next train..should be enough time for it to be drinkable.
