Just popped in to pay some money into one of my online accounts, The man running the shop is extremely rude, bad manners and miscounted my money and accused me of giving him £10 less, After he recounted he realised the amount was in fact correct but i got no apology, i cracked a joke and he said you do that one more time thats it to which i replied just give me my money back.
Honestly i hope you go bankrupt.

Went in here to post some documents but needed an A4 envelope. The post office bit does not sell them ( the staff there are nice and very helpful )
They pointed out the stationary belonged to the retail shop side.
£1.75 for 1 envelope ! I told the nice Asian gentleman to get lost.

I am really disgusted in how the staff in family shopper or these days all me and my partner wanted to do is put money in my bank and he wouldn’t even let me do that family shopper needs to be taken over by new management

Absolutely gob smacked after going there today. I've never had any issues with going I've been there for years, the staff are normally really nice but today there was a member of staff I've never seen before. He was an Indian guy I think. There was a queue in store and I noticed the man who was being served by this staff member seems to taking a while, he didn't seem happy at all but I assumed he was being an awkward customer. So it was my turn I went over said a friendly 'hi' to the guy serving me, I asked for electric waited, put my card into the machine to pay. Quickly text my partner back while I was waiting for the card machine to do its thing so I could put my pin number in and the guy behind the till started to raise his voice at me, I couldnt understand what was the problem was to begin with then he told me to get off my phone and deal with him, I replied excuse me ? And he went on to moan and say I shouldn't be on my phone, I should be concentrating on paying, while he was practically shouting at me I pointed and said the the card machine wasn't ready for my pin but he keep shouting put your pin in, I have customers waiting ! So I ended up shouting back the card machine isn't ready ! Looking around to the other staff member who seemed to be Ignoring this. He threw the receipt at me and gave me my electric key. Absolutely gobsmacked at that so called customer service. Completely minding my own business going about my day and that's the service you get!

Cannot recommend. To be fair I've had some really friendly staff here in the past but I've also had some awkward days with unruly customers, and inappropriate music that contains swearing (not appropriate for a place called "Family Shopper"). A visit today has made it impossible for me to return. None of the staff were wearing masks, in particular the older gentleman who looked like the manager. He was also continuously coughing. Very inappropriate. I won't be returning.

I went in there today to use the shop post office, usually when the main post office is closed you can still use most post office facilities over the counter where they have a post office area. However, a young lad just looked at me and said “you can’t do that here” I told him I usually can, he said not now because he asked the man earlier and he said no, he then went on to serve the next customer, no apology or anything. Very poor customer service, I left embarrassed as I was made to look stupid in front of the other customers. What has happened to the nice Asian man that usually is more than happy to serve me on the post office facility?

Aboustley ripped my sister off bought a vape for £15 and it saying it’s dead after an hour of having it rip off don’t go to family shopper for vapes

I was in there paying my rent and little Asian man shouting at me telling me I can't pay my rent when my rent card has got PayPal on it, it was because he had to type the numbers in to the till he was talking to his work colleague, horrendous customer service he hasn't got, go in there all the time shouting at me to get out off the shop I don't come back because he couldn't be bothered to type the numbers in the machine because its my fault? Discrasfull I tell you.

I would give this shop 0 stars customer service is terrible today I was told by a small angry shouting man not to come in my power chair down the isle as it's to big its standard size so I said that's discrimination I then got told I can't come into the shop again but my young son can without me I wouldn't let my son into this shop alone and won't be using this shop again I don't want to after that service awful experience I'd say avoid at any cost not worth the rudeness and customer service shocking this day and age

Sick of these guys ripping me off double scanning and putting sampler bottles than I paid for sneaky in my bag.

Disgusting shop filled with out of date food and if you point it out to them, they tell you to leave and refuse you service. Great customer service it is not
