The short young indian / asian guy is rude, not helpful if he makes no profit on it.
The women don't help / answer as well if again, no profit in house made ( beyond language / cultural barriers )

Earlier today, I left a parcel here for collection. The shop assistant was rude and totally unhelpful. I wish I had read the reviews before using this facility, I will not use this shop again.

Use this shop rather than the local tesco which is a lot cheaper in order to support local, smaller businesses, went in today with a £20 and straight away the man said 'Oh no change again'. Then as I was leaving he said 'You need to be more careful next time'. Well guess what.... there will not be a next time.

Had a couple parcels to post, first try scanning didn’t work and was instantly told “didn’t work, you’ll have to go elsewhere”. I had to convince him to try again which didn’t scan, he said if it works it scans so it doesn’t work… yet he wouldn’t type a certain code in instead which it says to do if the scanner doesn’t work. He was just fed up instantly with no willingness to help and no suggestion of another place to try nor a quick sorry, avoid.

I went elsewhere and the barcode also didn’t scan as there’s a problem with collect plus barcodes but they typed the other code in as instructed and worked perfectly fine.

DO NOT SEND YOUR YODEL PARCELS HERE…they will go missing! I live local to the area and will not use this shop again!!
