My most local store and I guess it's alright, but it's not 24-hour like they keep marking it to be, it closes at 4am or 5am depending on how they feel. It was much better years ago under the previous owners, Alex was a legend, now it's kind of a fairly standard late-night shop, prices are fairer than a lot of the others though.

Good that its open 24/7 however some staffs are awfully rude in this shop they not been told NONE about customer service and I mean this 😂

Sold a faulty vape for £13. Went in to find a mutually acceptable solution for both parties, 2 hours after purchase, and was told to come back the next day. On the second visit I presented my receipt and proof the item wasn’t working. Not only did they decline a replacement or a refund but they were argumentative and implied it was my fault. Honestly more angry at the customer service than the waste of money, shocking to see.

Definitely not 24/7. I understand not being open at 2AM, but don't claim to be 24/7 if you're not
