Friendly staff, great coffee and tasty food. It’s nice to see the refills for household items for sale too.

What a great find! Stumbled upon it on our walk back from gig at Hillsborough Park and they had stayed open for the passing trade. Crumpets, butter, milk and beer the order of the day/night.
Looked very well stocked with essentials and an really good choice of beer. I wish we had a corner shop like this near home…

Great little local convenience store situated on the corner of two busy roads

It provides all the usual convenience store goods that you would want and open most hours of the day so you can nip in after work or on the school run in a morning

We love the Green Shop. Great for essentials, treats, eco goodies, cards, gifts and even videogame chat. Try: the toasties, the alcohol free beers, the Mummy Bear Bakes brownies, all the Our Cow Molly stuff, the coffee... It's all good. They also do a foodbank collection and they sell produce from the local allotments grown by the schoolkids up the road when it's in season. Loads of gifts made by local artists and makers too. But most important for us is the videogame chat and the dog appreciation. We love you Green Shop :)

This shop has changed hands and undergone a big change in the last year. It now stocks fresh fruit and veg, some very good beers, pastries, tins of stuff, nice birthday cards, penny sweets and has a small cafe area and outdoor seating. It's a great shop to have nearby and even worth a journey to visit.

Great little local shop selling some quality produce. Good range of beers, wine and sprits, great bakery and a nice cheese and meat selection. Also stocks household essentials and does great coffee. What more does anyone need? Give your local independent business some support and shop here. I will be.

Really nice new owners who sell a wide range of products including lovely lattes and fresh cakes. I hear they have plans for a few tables and chairs for the front which will be fantastic in Summer.

Complete hidden gem. You would imagine this place in Nether Edge given the quality it sells. Completely different from what it was under the previous owners. The french pastries are amazing!

Moved to the area about 5 years ago and was treated like a friend from day one! Dot and Shaun run a friendly hub of a local shop and will always try to help you if they can. True, they don't do everything, this is a classic corner shop after all, but what they do they do well...an asset to the local community worth hanging onto..so use them when you can.
