Richard, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. A true asset. Price was very competitive and when we explained we could get it cheaper, they matched it without issues. Great customer experience overall.

I am pleased that Benson had given me a time slot for the delivery in advance. The delivery team, Kieran and Kim were very nice. Before their arrival, I also received a phone call from Benson to let me know that they will come in 30 minutes. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

We were kept well informed both before & on the day of delivery. The guys were efficient and very pleasant. The old mattress was quickly sealed in a bag & removed. New items received were very well packed too. All good

Friendly welcome into store. Explained that we were looking for a new mattress and the young chap who served us was very polite friendly and knowledgeable, he showed us the mattresses requested in our price range and explained the comfort levels and the structures of the mattress with no pressure to buy. Richard 15/11/23 I think his name was and his female colleague educated us on pillows, side sleepers front back ect. Overall a pleasant experience, very happy with our purchase. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient to identify our needs and made mum feel confident in her choice of bed and mattress. Would definitely return and don't be afraid to speak to the sales people, they are not pushy and super helpful.

The bed has now been delivered by people doing a fantastic job. Really grateful to the delivery people, for giving tips on how to assemble and taking time for the customer.

Archer Road, Sheffield team were outstanding from ordering to delivery they worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. The delivery team were polite and worked so hard getting everything up the stairs and putting it all together. Fantastic experience.

Really helpful and non pushy (unlike another shop we wont mention) just showed me a number of options based on what i needed and let me try them all out. Waiting for my mattress was pure torture but it came yesterday and was delivered on time in perfect condition and the delivery team were friendly and swift, best nights sleep I've had in a while
