Dropped in to pick up an order this afternoon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The collection point was clearly signposted just to the left of the entrance doors, service was quick, and my parcel was all ready. The person serving me was incredibly friendly, genuine, and open, chatting through what he was doing and finding my parcel with ease.

Proper chuffed, would come back again.

Attended the store this morning to look for an espresso machine. I was a bit flustered as I'm due an operation tomorrow and needed to get things sorted today. The lady who dealt with us was fantastic, she sorted everything out for us and ordered it on line. She was superb and we can't thank her enough. I can now rest easy.

Arrived signed in on the app went instore and my purchase was ready waiting for me , excellent service and friendly staff , made it so easy at this busy time of the year

I visited this store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. A very special thanks to the young man that assisted me named Tom. Tom was professional, informative, and truly embraced the concept of going the extra mile. He is a fine example of high standards on behalf of the consumer and he deserves some recognition. I popped in just before closing to pick up a package that had been delivered by yodel. (Beldray 2 in 1 vacuum, if you can locate the team members with that information!)

I was assisted by an extremely pleasant and helpful young gentleman who located my order, and then another lady came to assist. They were both chatty, friendly, professional & extremely helpful, so I'd just like to relay my thanks.

I work within a customer service role so I like to acknowledge excellent service when I see it.

I went in yesterday on Monday 4th December to get a new IPhone and I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me but he was the kindest individual ever. I want to thank him so much because he made the process so easy for me and even though it was a Monday morning at 11am, he still managed to be in a really good mood. I also spoke to a woman before he got there and she apologised for the guy not being there, as he only started at 11am, and she was very kind about it. I hate that I didn’t catch either of their names but I hope they know who I’m on about. The guy who works in the car phone warehouse bit, plus the woman with very short blonde hair I believe.

Helpful staff, good range. Let us bring our dog in when we asked which was super kind!

I’ve had a purchase from this store today to surprise my other half. To get everything right Misters Nick , Tom and Andy worked together to arrange this surprise purchase for me. I am so great full for such day guys x

Always a pleasure to visit this store to get my latest tech. The staff are amazingly helpful and the store itself is well laid out and clean. Some great offers on too so will be back there soon. Such a refreshing change from ordering online.

I bought a. TV on Friday, and I picked it up on Sunday. Very good service. I will be going there again.

With Curry’s / PC World you can only really differentiate based on size of store and customer service skills of the staff working there.

The store at Centretainment is a medium sized store of mainly laptops, TVs and white goods

Staff are friendly and helpful

Free onsite easy parking too

Extremely good service from Scott & Dave. Very informative about all tv's on display especially the samsung frame. They both went out of their way to find out all the information we required. Thank you both, your knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated

The moral of our story is simple - ignore anything Which? recommends and head straight for Curry's!
There you get a huge choice and caring, helpful customer service.

Went to Curry's to buy a new laptop and was helped and advised by a member of staff about which one would be suitable for me. He helped me to set up the laptop whilst I was instore and was very patient with me when we needed to reset my password as it took some doing. The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I like Curry's as a store for all my electrical buys but the only drawback to it is that there never seems to be enough staff on duty and you always end up walking round trying to find someone to help you. I was looking around for about 5-10 minutes trying to find an assistant. I would highly recommend Curry's.

One of only a few stores like this left; I'm guilty of mainly shopping online, but it's hard to purchase some more oversized items without seeing them! This store is large and has a wide range of products, so it’s an ideal place to walk around and imagine how things will fit into your home.
