Living very very close to this shop I use it daily... 2/3/4 times a day, its very convenient. And the staff are absolutely amazing, always laughing, always smiling and very polite. 10/10 for me. Getting to know them all they all know my usual things I buy. Cant fault them. Well done Sainsburys shafton :)

The reason is good friendly staff, very clean store and very nice food however a bit on the expensive side.

2 of the staff didn’t let me feed a starved cat that was outside the shop near the gate, I was going to buy cat food and they immediately said I couldn’t if it was for the cat outside, and then both of the staff started chatting bad stuff about it and also said some boys started to kick the cat also, the cat was also friendly when my friend stroked her/him so it wouldn’t have gone crazy or whatever if we feed it, they also said the cat was dying but it looked as if they didn’t car
