An excellent example of customer service in the purchase of my new laptop, my query in terms of specs, compatibility and pricing/plans was lengthy! All of my questions were answered patiently and comprehensively and my new surface 4 laptop was set up for me when it arrived -

We went here looking for a TV. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I want to leave a special review about someone called Mo who works for LG products. He is amazing and goes an extra mile to help his customers. Very knowledgeable about products in general. Other than that, the location is great. Sufficient parking and there is also wheelchair access.

I went into your store last week to make some purchases for our upcoming trip to Ukraine (please see link below) and found such help and service I had never associated with Curry's. I met the manager and his assistant who were charming and went out of their way to facilitate my needs. He then took me to other departments and the staff were equally charming and helpful. The manager even allowed a member of staff to counter his knowledge to come up with a better solution for me. This is not the Curry's of old this is something new and really good. The Harrod's of CE! A special thank you also for wanting to help our trip to Ukraine by giving us what appeared to be a special discount on 10 microwaves so the poor folk can cook a decent meal.

Just got my washing machine delivered and installed this morning. Many thanks to Rue and his colleague, who are very polite and professional. Washing machine was up and running within 15 minutes.

Exceptional customer service from Ola. I went into Currys with a list of items that I had looked at online and wanted to see in store. Ola approached me with a friendly smile and was quick to notice that one of the items I had selected didn’t meet my requirements. Ola was patient and understanding with my indecisiveness and provided me with alternative products and product specifications to enable me to make a decision. Thank you Ola for your 10/10 service!

I had to return a faulty item and the staff dealt with me perfectly. I have no hesitation in using curries and they are my new go-to place. It is always reassuring to have confidence that if something goes wrong, the store will deal with it exactly the way you'd want them to.

We've bought there soundbar with subwoofer. At home we realised that the soundbar is different than we wanted. So I went the next day to change it and the staff was helpful, professional and friendly, changed it for the right one without any doubt. I felt like a valued customer.

Had an order to collect. Luckily when I visited the store Chris was really helpful and sorted out my collection. Customer care from Chris was excellent, friendly, cheerful & professional.

Knowledgeable staff and if you attract the floor manager’s attention the service will be excellent. The staff are trained to leave you to make your mind up unless you ask for assistance and advice. Which is exactly what is needed. If you are know what you want they run and get it, if you have no idea the team can guide you. Be prepared to wait a bit as they do get busy.

Qazi was so helpful and provided us best customer service while choosing our new TV. Very happy with product and grateful received service from him!

Given that it was the hottest of days, I went in looking for a fan and was not short of options, and Currys were fully stocked, concluding with myself walking out with a fan under my arm for relief from the heat for the days to come

I got a Lenovo yoga laptop from the store last week. Curry's definitely the best technology store for people in Milton Keynes and Cranfield. The ambience, customer service and response time is simply amazing!

Large store. I went to the click n collect section. Better to view things you want first on the Currys website and then go in.
