Tesco Superstore

I shop here almost daily with my little boy.the staff we know well now.

The cafe staff were always really friendly and always up for a little chat which was nice but I feel they have been scolded recently for this as the staff morale has changed such a shame and totally unnecessary. It is part of the experience and I know some of the elderly generation love a little chit chat at times. (Not the staff fault probably down to management telling them) I get this feeling......

This type of business needs the staff to be happy and friendly it changes the experience for everyone and staff are much happier also!

The shopping experience in itself is good. The store is big I just notice not also of organic produce is there it's based on demand i guess.

It has a sushi bar also available. I do shop from it somtimes when I fancy it. Things that are not sold on the day are then reduced in the reduced section for those wanting a bargain in the evening time

The tesco staff themselves are lovely one person is Michelle she has always been so lovely and my son gets on well with her she recognises my struggle at times and will try to distract which is so helpful. Not only that she has a lovely way with him and she is a lovely person also.she is very appreciated and works very hard in her job there and carries herself very well.

Overall we have a good experience when we always visit there...

Nice sized Tesco's. Has most things you need and open till late. Plenty of free parking and disabled bays near the front and down the side. There is a pharmacy at the back of the store aswel as a nice sized clothing sections, for women, men and children. Has toilets and a small cafe.

I get most of my household goods and cleaning products here with good quality products and staff always around to help where they can. The have a cafe, pharmacy, phone store and photography store aswell as serving the outside community with food banks and providing individual service to other buisnesses where my company have had the pleasure of working in partnership to provide for the elderly and nursing. They have a clubcard service which not only provides you discounts on selected items but points to use in store which they post to you. They have a online ordering system for either collection or delivery but some orders can be changed for alternative , completely unsimilar to what you wanted and is the only negative whkch cannot be helped but a offer of your own alternative would be better, considering your still paying for that item or should say 'out of or limited stock' to give you a heads up. I recently had trouble with the petrol station they provide where the 'pay at pump' said my card hadnt gone through when infact it did and led to me buying petrol twice going instore the 2nd time, however when going back the issue was resolved straight away with politeness and got my second purchase back by being provided helpful info on how to resolve at the bank. I also used the car wash service paying for ultimate wash and left my car very clean however can have difficulty removing tough stains which was something i did at home on the sides of both my windscreen but took 2mins to sort with rest of car cleaned to good standards and easy to use. I go here daily and never disappointed.

Went to collect prescription. Asked about flu jab. Booked while waiting. Done there and then. Great pharmacy and pharmacist.

It's a superstore. It's Tesco's. Stock pretty much everything you need!

Has most of what I'm after most of the time

Very clean. Great amount of staff friendly too can have a laugh with and will help if in need of an item/ return
Good security on duty unlike some places
All ways stocked all ways making sure stock is fresh
sandwiches wraps with meal deal for 3 pound amazing fresh and good variety

My mom buys me pokemon cards all the time there and I get the best results🤩🤩🤩🤩

Got a great mix of products always, staff polite, customer's not always!! All fresh fruit and vegetables always good. Dearer than Aldi but quality always good.

No queues whatsoever and friendly service with a smile. 12 pack of rainbow sprinkle iced donuts for £3, lovely sweet treat for me and my girls after going to the beach!

Really open inside, loads of items you need, cafe is nice too.

Really good for clothes lots stock lots styles ..
Polite staff all round store

Just popped into Tescos cafè with my mum for a cuppa & toasted sandwich which was delicious but the reason I’m writing this review is because the man ‘Ben’ who served me was polite & welcoming & as I sit eating my sandwich he has not stopped working- clearing/cleaning tables, loading the dishwasher, serving, taking orders at the till & it’s all done with a smile!
If there was an award for the ‘HARDEST WORKER’ at Tescos he should get the award 🥇

Had a delicious lunch here at Tesco cafe. Was cooked to order. Food hot and delicious. Did our shopping as it is a big store with lots of choice.

Staff very polite and happy to help ,,,feel confident about going into store especially now everybody has to wear a face mask now apart from those exempt

Very helpful, visited because I needed a photo album and the photo shop was closed but they took the payment even though its not their concession. Most helpful
