Great customer service from Pam when I called up to correct a mistake on an online order. She was so friendly and helpful, and called back within minutes to confirm that everything was sorted.

Went in just before Luton game...Was rammed...I thought there's loads of new gear, I'll come back at a later time...Been in just now before Preston game - Nowt left? Other than massive sizes 😟 Did manage to grab a few bits for my boy and me...Surely loadsamoney available to be invested in the club! wawaw

Official merchandise is always expensive but the money goes back into the club which can only be a good thing and occasionally there are sales on older stock so you can get yourself a bargain. The Wednesday shop is no different from any other club shop. It's just another way to support your team.

Fantastic service! I cannot praise Jane and the Mega Store staff enough. Our son was disappointed when he discovered a hole in the new hoodie we bought him. As we no longer live in Sheffield we envisaged a problem in exchanging it. How wrong we were. Jane was extremely helpful and friendly and it was all sorted without fuss or bother.
Thank you Mega Store. Our beloved Owls may have some work to do before getting back in the Championship, but you are definitely top of the league when it comes to retail customer service.

Ordered a replica kit on line, but realised on order confirmation that delivery wasn't guaranteed for the timescale required. Took order confirmation to megastore whereby I collected the goods and had delivery costs refunded. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Everything I came to buy was available in stock. Living abroad I always enjoy visiting the megastore when I visit family.
