Large clothing department on top floor. Lift and trolley escalator access to upper level.
Large home wares and toy department.
Plenty of self service and manned tills.
Small kiosk for tobacco products and lotto.
Store is clean, tidy and well stocked.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff are polite and helpful. Also have a very good returns policy which helps if you change your mind.

Always great to shop here friendly staff good produce and always well stocked. There is also a lot of other places just outside store to visit when your done inside Tesco. A really large well marked out parking area.

Outstanding service today. Que very well managed , cheerful , helpful staff. Aisles clearly demarcated with a one way system, so that you do not collide with other shoppers or contravene the two metre rule. Much more relaxed than the supermarket where I usually shop and so well organised

Well managed, friendly staff, and distancing and cleaning procedures in place. It takes longer to get round the store due to the one way restrictions, and a few idiots still flout the rules, but usually manage to get all I need

It is quite understandable that when the staff are working night time they get more tired. But what I experienced tonight with the family and kids, while a bit struggling near the checkout, BECKY came forward to give us a hand. I do shop around from all the supermarkets but never experienced such customer service experience. Becky you are one of the best customer service assistant. I do recognize your excellent effort. You deserve a pat on the back for your enthusiasm. All the best Becky! And Tesco for employing an employee like her

Very Large range of fresh fruit and veg including organic, frozen, fresh and tinned food. Great bakery on site. Also has a second floor that has a large selection of adult, children and baby clothing.
There is a large range of electricals, homeware, bedding, cooking, towels etc and an area with childrens toys.
Small gardening area at front of the store with house plants, fresh flowers, and outdoir plants including compost and pots etc.

I do like Tesco, but the other week there was a whole shelf, 50 a least boxes of cakes, two days out of date. they were all collected to be thrown in the bin. I would have bought the whole lot, but not allowed. why can't these go to homeless or food banks. seems such a waste.

I shop here almost daily, if any complaint it is always quickly resolved. Nice staff. Why so many checkouts not in use and do not like the security shutters which are never opened. Still gets 5 stars

Tesco doing a fab job for all .. I’m NHS and normally pop in after work on evening and do shopping on a Sunday anyhow .. good organisation and queueing system at the end .. everyday we are all learning how to cope and find a suitable solution for all and they are doing the same .. so no moaning while in a queue people these guys are doing their beat and staying open for us .. keep up the good work guys..

I have been shopping here for about 2 years. People are very helpful. And they find you stuff if your kid is rolling on the floor crying. Thanks guys. You are good.

Its the supermarket of my dreams, where all your dreams come true, its the disney of bradley stoke.. 10 out of 10, would buy dandelion and burdock again. And they have freshly made unicorn slices.

No problems borrowing a mobility buggy. Aisles wide enough and not congested, good range of products and polite and helpful staff
