Boots Pharmacy

I know a lot of people moan about the Boots in Bookham, but I have had a pleasant experience with the staff here. From checking that I can get my prescription through to texting me to say that the prescription was ready for collection. The staff both times have been very pleasant and friendly . Well done Boots for doing what I’ve asked for 👍

Although sometimes understaffed, the staff that are there are helpful and polite. The Pharmacists have been knowledgeable and a great help in checking whether any new drug is compatible with he others pescribed. When Leatherhead were unhelpful in getting specialist dressings Bookham had no problems in providing them.

This Boots is in my local village they are very helpful always on time with repeat prescriptions and always willing to help me with advice on how to deal with smaller medical problem's. They can be very busy at times but never show frustration or anger to anyone..

The pharmacist told me not to eat grapefruit with my medication, which I was having every morning, something which the doctor had not said. I was so grateful as apparently it prevents it working!

Manager was exceptionally helpful getting a Prescription sorted and called my mobile to let me know how things were going, every step of the way. Great work, thank-you.

Large store and easily accessible in the Swan Centre in Leatherhead, stock a good range of products and has a large pharmacy. Can get busy in the pharmacy but they have nice staff who are willing to help if you need it and a good one way system in place to aid social distancing though you'll find a lot of people totally ignore it.

Amazingly helpful staff which a good clinical knowledge. Occasionally forget to get meds out of the controlled drug safe but I don't have to worry about them being stolen (which has happened at other pharmacies)

Big boots. Has a great range of make up,hair dryers & tools etc. Has a pharmacy,good kind service. Sometimes if very busy you may have to wait when queuing.

Not sure how you rate a boots? It's a pretty good boots. I got what I needed
