Why can’t I choose ten stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?? This shop and the staff deserve them! They are so helpful, always willing to find a solution even when customers ask for the most random items and they impeccably have a dog treat ready for all the customers furry friends! The range of items sold is incredible and you can buy ONE nail and ONE fuse instead of having to get a whole box like in bigger DIY chains. Bookham wouldn’t be the same without this shop-a local treasure

I love this shop,staff are so friendly &helpful, you can virtually get anything there,the pet department is amazing, I always go there for pet treats,food &leads etc!!

The staff here are so incredibly kind and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for me. The shop itself is like Aladdin’s cave it has everything you could need and an excellent selection for pets

Working about 3 minutes walk away needed 2 mohair rollers and a small paint tray $3.70 , where would I get a better deal, friendly staff, professional.

I like to shop local and support local businesses as much as I can and I love Brackenburys, they have a huge selection of items and I've always been able to get what I've needed when I've been in there. I also love that traditional hardware store look, feel and smell.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and just lovely people.

Support local and keep your local high street alive.

If you go to B&Q, they have everything but you can never find what you want.

If you go to Brackenburys they’ll always give you best advice, they always seem to have what you want, their prices are perfectly reasonable.

And you will always go back

I love this place. Having grown up in the country and now living in Bookham, it's great to find a lovely little shop that offers everything you need. The owners a top class , very helpful and friendly.
