Picked up a nice jumper here and was extra happy as it was on sale. The staff seem rely good and a very good store. The clothes are good quality however not the cheapest.

If local shops in the area would like a lesson on how to greet and treat its customers then this store is the benchmark. Such lovely and friendly staff who are superb in their roles. They always make a point of having a chat too, above and beyond.
Great products and a wonderful addition to Whitstable.

We visit Fat face wherever we are on holiday and have always had a lovely experience with the staff. Whitstable staff are certainly no exception. Happy, helpful and a pleasure to talk too. 🤙 covid19 precautions were brilliant. Other shops should take note.

In these times of of corovirus19. They are well organized rewarding distancing and cleansing of hands. Very pleasant staff.
