Crookes Xpress

An excellent addition to the community, Crookes Xpress has given locals an alternative to expensive chain supermarkets. The shop is always well stocked and well priced, even offering international produce! Praveen is a wonderful owner, and I wish him nothing but success !

Crookes Xpress was my go to shop for drinks and house essentials. Their Bailey's was cheaper than the supermarkets up the road and they were friendlier AND closer. A great selection of essentials and unique imports you won't get anywhere else!

Staff/owner are always nice never a dull moment when I go in . Also good wife range of essential items. Not like any other shop in crookes got stuff in your shop that others don’t which makes it very unique

Great refurb in this shop which is very handy at this end of Crookes. Very helpful and cheerful owner who will get anything in stock for you if you ask. Well stocked shop with all manner of snacks and daily essentials. Highly recommended.

Genuinely the nicest guy you will ever meet. If we ask, he gets in what we want. The other week I asked for Licorice rizlas.. 2 days later they were in stock! Tescos customer service could never. LONG LIVE CROOKES EXPRESS

Praveen at Crookes XPress is such a lovely guy and always provides nice chat and a friendly service. He’s always welcome to suggestions as to what he should stock and has loads of amenities. He’s done a great job of renovating the space and is a great neighbour! Would recommend!
