Now that Wilko is gone ...😭...it is the only place to buy hardwares and just about everything else, incl. GAMES WORKSHOP i.e. Warhammer 40k and Warhammer.

Went into Boyes today as my mums wheelchair had 2 flat tyre and I needed to buy a pump to pump them up. The staff were amazing , two came to mums rescue helping to inflate them again and making sure she was safe by giving her a chair while they got down on the floor to pump the tyres. They went way beyond my expectations and nothing was to much trouble. I really appreciated there help. Well done Boyes staff.

Amazing store - everything you could need for your home on 3 floors,

On the lower floor you have gardening, kitchen, cleaning supplies.

Middle floor- kids clothes, haberdashery, wool, fabric Inc net curtains.

Top floor- adult clothing, DIY, home decor

Love looking around Boyes stores. Always have something I want, usually wool as I am an avid knitter and they have such a choice of wool at great prices. So handy for DIY.

Amazing store on 3 levels - it has everything, kitchenware at good prices and everything you might need from pots and pans to washing up bowls
a fab craft department with a nice range of equipment you need to make your creation and a good selection of wool and sewing products, plus staff that know what their doing!
There is also a good selection of toys, kids clothes and home ware - I haven't been upstairs yet 😅

Boyes usually have in stock, just about everything you could possibly need, all under one roof and always at reasonable prices. This is a gem of a shop. Long may it remain on our high street. Remember though, use it or lose it!

One of those stores which are sadly disappearing.
Stock to cover everything and l mean everything well presented across three floors. Prices are very good as with low prices some quality is missing however what is on offer gets the job done well enough. Definitely worth the visit,

You can get just about everything in this store and at good value.

An older shop that supplies most of your important houseware supplies. The top floor includes garden, fishing and clothing, ground floor has crafts, kids clothes and toys, and bedding, and the basement has furniture and kitchen. And each floor has registers, with the main floor having one at the back for cutting and purchasing fabrics, ribbons, buttons and the like.
Staff do their job well. Shelves always seem stocked and it's the first place you'll tend to look when needing something. The prices are low-middle of the range, not always cheap but not ridiculous. But the products sold are of middle to high standards with nice selections.

Stocks ton's of goods at cheap prices, can be abut hectic at times but your wallet will enjoy the experience.

Overall a handy store

Hate the place, spend so much time there I tell my wife she should move into the fabric department. Wish they had a branch in Glasgow, so she didn't feel the need to fulfill her fixation when we come to Yorkshire. However they have some great tools 👍👍👍

A multi floored everything you need store mid Darlington. Very friendly service and lift for those mobility impaired. The aisles are narrow but negotiable with deftly steps.

Bought a complete set of bedroom furniture in here, was supposed to take 5 to 6 weeks for delivery as it's built to order, 1 week after placing the order they called to arrange delivery!! Guys delivered everything next day, unwrapped all the furniture,are sure everything was where I wanted it and only charged £15 delivery!! Excellent, first class service will definitely keep using Boyes

If you can't buy it in Boyes, you probably don't need it! They have a huge selection of household stuff and clothes at great prices.

Lots of useful stuff

I love it !! Old fashioned budget department store. It doesn't look pretty inside or out. But it has a very wide variety of products at good prices. It's an essential shop for any town centre. Ling live Boyes !!
