I go here nearly everyday to get that days food for my kids and myself and i dont think thats going to change anytime soon. There are some really nice workers in there that are always smiling and happy to help. Would be nice to see a little "shake up" of the meal deal selections 😂 especially the pasta's choice like they do in Yarmouth's big Tesco. But other than that i love my small Tesco, always have my cold coffee's waiting for me which is great.

Always have everything we need, they have a nice relatively cheap cafe on the 2nd floor, a lift and escalators. 2 sets of toilets, a clothes department, vision express, tesco mobile and a pharmacy. Aisles are wide and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Always very helpful and very clean store good for parking.

Tesco caister-on-sea, Norfolk has the best staff I have ever known, the store staff are so helpful and respectful, the store is immaculately clean and nothing is too much for any of the staff, the shelves are always full and very clean, you should be very proud of your caister-on-sea store

Easy to get to from my holiday spot 9 mins away. Mostly branded products and few own Tesco brands available here.

I had forgotten to get a trolly when I came in and I picked up a big bag of dog food and this wonderful employee called Martin offered to carry the bag for me and then went and brought me a trolly so that I could get the bag to the car.! He was so friendly too. He went above and beyond for me and made me think that I should definitely come back and shop here if you have wonderful staff like that! Thank you so much Martin! And thank you to the lovely lady on self checkout! Unfortunately I did not get your name. 😊

I don't use the super store often as I have walking difficulties and find it a bit to big!!. They have good choice of items and I was able to get what I wanted.

Went to Tesco in Caister yesterday lunch time to try to stock up with a few items. The store was pretty well stocked up and there was no snatching and grabbing in sight. But best of all is that the staff there were absolutely lovely. Thank you to the chap in the car park making sure we stayed 2 metres apart, to all the smiling staff walking up and down inside guiding us to the tills and apologising for the wait, and to the brave ladies on the till, chatting and with more friendly smiles. You're doing a great job. Thank you xxxxx

Popped into tesco for a few items and was very impressed. Shelves were all fully stocked, fresh produce looked great and store was fairly quiet. Checkouts are all Covid safe and quick to get through. We'll done team tesco.

Lovely staff, so helpful. Went to great lengths to find us a pack of playing cards that we wanted. Really pleasant lady on the checkout too. Ready cooked chicken was excellent value (cheaper than the ones we get at our local Morrisons' in Leicestershire). Just wish you had a cafe, as we would have stayed for refreshments.

Easy to find products, very clean and tidy, and staff were super friendly and helpful. Even called me a taxi while i was at the checkout so it would arrive for when i was done. (I asked about taxi's as im on holiday)

good small village tescos. staff local and lovely, very helpful; it has a good range of goods in view of the stores size. and is a great asset to the village. much better after a recent revamp! staff at this store are lovely helpful group of local people, a pleasure to vist. update..august bank holiday 2016...well the crazy idea of tescos big-wigs to cut out one full size check out comes home to roost! 5 self service tills unused yet queues half way down Isles at all checkouts stopping other customers getting round with trollys to get their shopping then such a long wait at checkouts your frozen food starts to defrost; roll on xmas eve!! dont they have the sense to relize that at holiday times..xmas..family shops people need large trollys too much for a small self service till. they needed more checkouts not less as in the new store revamp. but do not blame the local staff they are fabulous; as always its management! as lost trade is now returning more full checkouts needs opening on Mondays as last two weeks in October 2016 the wait at the few open is in this day and age unacceptable and returning trade lost to aldi & lidl can soon be lost again! 25/05/2019 Tesco's FOLLY... Caister on sea is in the centre of a vibrant summer holiday area with a local haven holidays etc only 2 miles away, an influx of tourists every summer season increase the population by 10,000 plus. Tescos take out regular check outs and put lots of self service tills in to replace them..... 😂 Problem is you cannot practically scan a huge trolly load through a self service! Hence store jammed up solid stopping people getting around the aisle to shop, plus gridlock at checkouts! Dreadful for locals especially elderly plus tourists, more proper check outs required TESCO...... EVERY LITTLE HELPS!!!

Staff are really friendly and helpful they don’t just tell you where items are will walk with you to show you.

The bakery department will bake any rolls or bread for you if not on the shelves they will come and find you when it’s done a great service.

Very friendly Tesco store. The staff are extremely helpful and hard working as we all go through a difficult time at the moment. Well done and keep up the good work Tesco Caister.
